Workflow runs
How runs are counted
Completed runs count
A workflow run is billed when its work is done: the statements generated, the records written, the invoices sent.
Failed runs do not
A run that fails before it completes any work is not counted. A run that completes its work is counted, whatever happens on a later step.
Test runs cost less
Successful test runs are billed separately at a lower rate than live runs, so you can rehearse changes before they go live.
Simple and complex workflows
The builder shows whether each workflow is simple or complex. Workflows with more than ten steps are complex, and a complex run costs more than a simple one.
Runs beyond your allowance
Each user has their own monthly allowance. Runs beyond it are charged per run, at that run's expected price.
Partner discounts
Implementation partners and pilots can receive discounts set out in their agreement.

Why are the prices not shown?
We are finalizing the numbers. Plans, per-user prices, included runs, and the run rate are published in November 2026.
Why charge per user?
So cost grows with your team one user at a time, and moving from Standard to Pro is a step rather than a jump.
Who needs a paid seat?
The people who build and run workflows. Viewers, reviewers, recipients and portal members are free, up to a generous limit per organization.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually costs less than paying monthly. The discount is published with the prices in November 2026.
What counts as a workflow run?
One execution of a published workflow that completes its work. Failed runs are not counted. Test runs are billed separately at a lower rate.
